Additional Online ILX Construction Training Courses Available—Dec. 16, 2005
Additional online courses for Interactive Learning Xperience (ILX) Construction Training are now available. Since the initial online release of ILX Construction Training in September, Xactware has been working to publish the additional content found on the CD-based version of this award-winning program. Over the coming months, all content on the CDs will be available online. This new online construction training solution allows users the flexibility to pick and choose which courses they wish to view, making construction training an adaptable product for all trades.

Xactware, Inc. announced today the release of a French version of Xactimate. "For years now we have been getting requests from Canadian companies to provide support for French and we finally have a product that does exactly that. I'm excited to see how the Canadian market responds to this new version" states Joel Dagenais, Xactware's Director of Canadian Sales. "Xactimate is a comprehensive program that has always been met with enthusiasm here in Canada.

Patent Lawsuit Moves Venue to Michigan—Dec. 8, 2005
Xactware, Inc. announced that its patent infringement dispute with Symbility Solutions Inc., a Canadian company, will move forward in Michigan. Xactware sued Symbility in a Utah federal court for infringement of Xactware's patented property estimation technology, unfair competition, and copyright infringement. Symbility responded by disputing the Utah court's jurisdiction, filing its own counter-suit in Michigan on the same issues.

Technical Support Services Continue to Improve—Nov. 2, 2005
With the launch of our eService Center in 2002, we introduced the industry to the first and only 24/7 online support system. This solution was in answer to customer feedback requesting the ability to get answers to their questions anytime, day or night, including holidays and weekends. In this first year, we improved our customer satisfaction rating from 84% to 92%, an incredible accomplishment considering the industry average is only 74%*.

Xactware, Inc. announced today the release of XactRemodel, professional estimation software for the remodeling industry. "Our initial release for the remodelers' market, Xactimate for Remodelers, was a good product for general use, but felt to some like we were tip-toeing into the remodeling market by adapting our reconstruction software to a new workflow," states Jeff Taylor, Associate Vice President overseeing XactRemodel.

Xactware, Inc. released an online version of its award-winning Interactive Learning Xperience (ILX) Construction Training. ILX Construction Training is the pioneer in multimedia training for the residential construction industry. Since 1997, the video and computer animation-based ILX Construction Training has been available on CD-ROM and will now be available in both the CD-ROM format and the newly released online version.

New Online Tool Allows Underwriters and Homeowners to Collaborate on Replacement Cost Coverage—Jul. 18, 2005
Xactware, Inc. announced a new collaboration tool today that allows homeowners to review and approve their insurance to value calculations. This new tool, XactInfo, is a first-of-its-kind offering for the property insurance market. Launched Monday, July 11, 2005, the new features include the ability for existing XactValue customers to automatically link into XactInfo for homeowner review and approval.

Xactware Founder and Chairman James B. Loveland Passes Away—Jul. 6, 2005
Jim Evans, Senior Vice President and COO of Xactware, Inc. issued the following statement:"It is with great sadness that I announce that James Loveland, our Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors passed away at his home following a year-long battle with Leukemia."

Xactware, Inc. Appoints New Chief Executive Officer—Jun. 20, 2005
Xactware, Inc., a leading provider of estimation and data analysis services for the property insurance industry, has announced a new Chief Executive Officer. James Loveland, founder, chairman of the board, and former CEO appointed Jim Loveland as the new CEO of the company effective Monday, June 20th. Jim Loveland had been serving as Vice President over Xactware's network services division and assumes the leadership role with more than 15 years of company experience. Loveland brings to the position a strong background in technology, including a Computer Science degree from Brigham Young University.

Hurricane-Battered Florida Saw Steepest Home Repair Cost Increases in 2004—Mar. 15, 2005
Home repair prices in hurricane-battered Florida rose by more than 13 1/2 percent in 2004 according to Xactware, Inc. How do they know? Because Xactware provides more structural repair cost data for insurance carriers and repair contractors in the United States than all of its competitors combined. The District of Columbia was second on the list with an increase of more than 12 percent, followed by five states that were in the path of the 2004 hurricanes. Price increases in these states ranged from above 9 percent to more than 10 percent. On the bottom of the scale was Massachusetts with slightly more than a 3 percent increase.

Hawaii Most Expensive State to Repair Homes in 2004—Mar. 14, 2005
If your home was damaged and needed repair in 2004, Hawaii was the most expensive state to get the work done. With prices more than 47 points higher than the national average, Hawaii heads the list released by Xactware, Inc. Xactware provides more structural repair cost data for insurance carriers and repair contractors than all of its competitors combined in the United States. Arkansas was the least expensive state to get your home repaired with prices almost 10 points below the national average.
