Xactware to provide training courses at PLRB/LIRB 2010 Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo

OREM, Utah—Jan. 21, 2010— Xactware will offer free training courses in conjunction with the PLRB/LIRB 2010 Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo, scheduled for March 21-24, 2010, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.

This class shows how to estimate and manage contents claims with XactContents as you learn to:

• Involve the insured in the claims process in additional ways, including importing data directly from them, emailing item links to them and collaborating with them online to close claims more quickly
