Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Index Rating (CSI)
By using XactAnalysis's marketing services, you will also have access to our CSI rating service. This means that your customers can be surveyed to determine the level of satisfaction with your company's service. You can determine who will enter a survey two ways:
- You can set up any customer you wish to enter a survey.
- All clients whose jobs you receive via our Online Assignment Network can be surveyed. The decision to survey all clients may be made by you or may be required by a specific insurance carrier.
The results of these surveys will be used to calculate a CSI rating for your company that is accessible via your XactAnalysis web page. This will allow prospective customers to see how your company's dedication to quality and service sets you apart from your competition.
