Xactimate Express is an online application that enables multiple people at your organization to access and work on a claim. The product is easy to deploy and access—all you need is a computer with Internet access and a web browser. Plus, since the application is available online, you can rest assured that you’ll always have access to the latest version of the product available.

Over the Phone Settlements

Process and settle structural or contents claims over the phone in a single call.

Xactimate Express equips you with all the tools that you need to quickly process and settle structural or contents claims over the phone without having to have a lot of construction and/or adjusting experience.

Full Access to Xactware’s Structural and Contents Databases

Estimate both structural and contents items using a single application.

Xactimate Express contains a structural price list of nearly 10,000 line items with full time-and-material information, including labor costs, labor productivity rates (for restoration and new construction), labor-and-burden overhead, material costs, and equipment costs. It also includes a host of contents items ranging from over 2 million vendor-specific items to more than 61,000 discontinued items, and nearly 5,000 general quote items.

The Xactimate Reference Search feature lets you view visual images and diagrams of rooms, framing, flooring, and so forth. All you have to do is locate the item in the image or diagram, click on it, and insert the item into your estimate.

Suggested Related Items

Automatically get a list of items that pertain to whatever you’re estimating.

Every time you conduct a search for an item, Xactimate Express will automatically provide you with a list of related items to help ensure that no steps or items are missed during the process of creating your estimate. For example, if you are searching for drywall, the system will automatically suggest items such as tape, paint, and so on.

Set up thresholds and rules for how a claim gets handled.

With Xactimate Express, you can easily set up thresholds and rules for how a claim gets handled based on the dollar amount of a claim.

Xactimate Express’ Inspection tools will automatically review your estimate for any mistakes that you may have made, such as two different types of flooring that cover the entire floor of the same room. These tools not only increase your efficiency, but also help minimize human errors.
