Valuations: Commercial, Agricultural, and More

Our easy-to-use valuation tool guides you through the process of determining the value of your home via answering a series of questions that help build a virtual model of your home behind the scenes. The result is a component-based calculation that individually outlines rooms in the home and determines what materials and labor are needed to build each room. Instead of applying overall statistical factors, the program matches the current pricing for drywall, lumber, doors, etc., to the amount of material and labor needed for each room. Users can "drill-down" to any level of detail they desire to change qualities, adjust component assumptions, or simply add more information. This program can be used to obtain accurate valuations for a variety of home sizes and styles, such as:

• Manufactured Homes

Time & Materials

The Time and Materials feature allows you to quickly access item components and create an estimate using a tabbed style interface. It also lets you input data on a daily basis by Labor, Materials, Equipment, Vendor, and Additional Expenses. Plus, you can even customize each entry with unique and repeatable data such as Franchise number or Employee Name. Remediation contractors benefit from using it to write an invoice for the work done, while CAT adjusters can quickly add component items from a tick sheet without having to drill down into line item assemblies.

Language Packs (French and Spanish)

Xactimate language packs are available for Spanish and French (CA), enabling users to write their estimates in English while printing reports in Spanish or French. Even if you can’t speak a policyholder’s language, you can still produce reports in that language.

Multi-Version License

This functionality makes it easy for you to support a range of clients requiring different versions of Xactimate without having to switch between different computers or having to uninstall one version of Xactimate and reinstall another.

Project Management and Scheduling
