Bid Tracking and Approval

XactPRM Analytics gives insight into the maintenance and repair status of all foreclosed properties under management. Users can instantly view information about any file online while tracking each stage of the bid management process.

Communications Channel

XactPRM Analytics is a communication channel, enabling the sending of new foreclosure information, bid requests, approvals, rejections, notes, or other information.

Users can view and approve bids, view action items and instructions, or mark files for follow up. Actions taken by partners using XactPRM can be tracked to provide documentation of all tasks.

Connect to Many

XactPRM Analytics can connect to many installations of XactPRM. If work is contracted to multiple vendors, a single installation of XactPRM Analytics will provide insight into the entire portfolio.

Based in Rules

Personal or group rules can be developed to help better manage the workflow. For example, alerts can be established if a bid estimate has not been returned within five days of assignment.

Management Reporting

XactPRM provides insight into the entire bid workflow management and estimation process through extensive data analysis. Users can run recurring or ad-hoc reports on almost any aspect of data and workflow, including response times, cycle times, bid amounts, and price deviations. XactPRM Analytics’ infrastructure makes it possible to query and report data at various geographic resolutions, from the national level to individual contractors or properties, and then view or share it in multiple ways.

XactPRM Analytics produces interactive maps and tables with results at a high level and in detail. Custom reports can be printed and emailed using PDF for management review, or exported to Excel® for further analysis with other data.

Pricing Data Updates

XactPRM includes Industry Trend Reports, monthly reports that track changes to the underlying property repair and maintenance cost database.

The Industry Trends Reports show how prices have changed for key industry indicators, such as costs associated with the material and labor components for drywall repair, roof replacement, landscaping, and more.

Current and historic data can be viewed at the local, state, and national levels, providing tremendous insight into cost trends that can be used to adjust allowable reimbursement amounts as necessary. Reports can be viewed within XactPRM or exported to Excel for further analysis.
