360Value Management Reports
360Value Management Reports is a business intelligence application that provides tremendous insight into the property-specific data of your policies and property valuation process. Managers across an insurance enterprise can leverage 360Value Management Reports to:
- Analyze data trends
- Benchmark to industry averages
- Manage exposure concentrations
- View historical cost data
- Enhance decision making
- Identify growth areas
360Value Management Reports includes two primary components, Report Builder and Industry Trend Reports.
-
Report Builder is the access point to your 360Value database and provides the ability to analyze many aspects of the replacement cost estimates, the underlying property information used for the estimate, and the replacement value estimation process.
Data can be queried by geography, data source, valuation creator, and more, and can be compared with industry averages. For example, you can determine the average estimate produced by an agent and compare that with the average for the area. Or, in an effort to manage exposure concentrations, you can determine the number of properties in a given Florida ZIP Code with a wind vulnerable gable roof.
Report Builder also gives you the opportunity to examine how 360Value is being leveraged in the replacement valuation process. You can analyze the actions of agents, inspectors, and others to see which and how many data points are being used for an estimate, property information changed from default values, quote-to-bind ratios, and more.
Results can be viewed at various resolutions from the entire portfolio down to the individual property and can be easily exported to Microsoft® Excel for additional analysis.
-
Industry Trend Reports provides insight into the underlying building cost data used to create 360Value replacement cost estimates. It tracks labor and materials costs for more than 460 individual cost regions across the United States and Canada.
You can see current and historical costs, compare local costs to state and national averages, track historical trends, and more. All data can be viewed in easy-to-read charts within the user interface or can be exported to Excel for additional analysis. Click here for more information on the Industry Trends Report.
