360Value® Property Prefill
360Value includes the ability to prefill insurance-ready property-specific information upon entry of an address. Property prefill can be leveraged for quoting/underwriting, annual renewals, and insurance-to-value analyses.
Property prefill offers insurers several benefits:
- Streamline the policy quoting workflow by confirming rather than collecting property information
- Generate more refined estimates by spending more time capturing the finer details of a property
- Validate homeowner or agent provided information with an objective source of property data
- Enhance insurance-to-value using prefill to estimate replacement costs for in-force policies
Property prefill is powered by ISO PushPin, a database of property-specific information for more than 75 million residential properties in the United States. PushPin can return up to 18 address-specific property characteristics into 360Value. ISO PushPin has been successfully incorporated into underwriting workflows since November 2003.
ISO PushPin comprises aggregated public-assessor data. Coverage is dependent on the availability of data from individual jurisdictions or towns. To minimize potential shortcomings in tax-assessor data, ISO PushPin prefills only the data in which there is a high degree of confidence.
ISO PushPin data is insurance-ready, meaning it is cleaned and formatted specifically for insurance applications. Before the data becomes available in 360Value, ISO PushPin quality-assurance procedures clean and convert the data into a form appropriate for estimating replacement costs.
New properties are added and more than half of the current records are updated with each semi-annual release.
