The Xactimate version 28 Technical Support Training Class is designed for companies that manage multiple Xactimate users and want to be able to provide them with the same level of internal help desk support as they would receive from an Xactware certified technician.
Students in this three-day classroom training will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to support Xactimate users, troubleshoot Xactimate or XactAnalysis problems, and provide a more technically skilled internal line of support.
All of the class presentations, discussions, and classroom exercises are directed by Certified Xactware Instructors and Support Technicians.
The times for this three-day training are:
- Day 1 - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Day 2 - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Day 3 - 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
