IMPORTANT: Upcoming Xactware Scheduled Maintenance Downtime
Dear Customer:
Beginning Thursday, September 2, 2010 and continuing through the Labor Day weekend Xactware will be upgrading its online financial applications.
During the upgrade, the Xactware.com online store will temporarily be offline. If you need to place an order, the Xactware sales team will be available to assist you by phone (800-424-9228) until 7 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, September 3, and starting again on Tuesday, September 7 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.
Existing Xactware customers will continue to have access to the eService Center for support.
Schedule
The downtime will begin at 11 p.m. ET on Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010 and continue to approximately 7 a.m. ET Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010.
Please note: Xactware is monitoring Hurricane Earl and will delay this system upgrade if necessary.
The Online Training Center will remain available for taking Xactimate Certification exams and viewing online Scenario Training content for orders submitted prior to the scheduled downtime.
