• Internet Explorer 5.0 or above. Must have JavaScript enabled. Pop-up blocker software, including Yahoo! And Google toolbars, may need to be disabled to avoid interference with viewing of online instruction and/or exercises.
• High-speed Internet access* (DSL, cable, ISDN, T-1, etc. 56K modem not recommended).
• Pentium® or Power PC processor.
• 256 MB of RAM recommended (64 MB minimum supported; may limit performance and some features).
• SVGA color monitor with resolution set at 1024x768 or higher.
• 16-bit sound card w/ speakers or headphones.
• Flash® 7 or above (click here to download).

Tip: If you wait until the entire video instruction downloads (which is complete when the progress bar at the bottom is dark) you can view it without playback interruptions, even at slower connection speeds.


DVD-ROM Training System Requirements

• TechSmith Screen Capture Codec (click here to download). This codec is automatically installed by the DVD-ROM when it runs. If you have a "locked-down" system, the codec will not install and the video will not play properly.
• Windows® 98 or newer operating system, running on a Pentium® processor.
• 128 MB or RAM recommended (64 MB minimum supported; may limit performance and some features).
