Certification Overview
The Xactware Certification program is one of the best ways to determine whether a user has the experience and knowledge to get the job done right. Xactware's Certification program has rigorous training and testing requirements for each certification type. You can trust that those certified by Xactware are the best in the business.
Whether your goal is to become certified as a user or a trainer, completing the Xactware Certification program includes you in an elite group of Xactware professionals.
Xactimate® Certification
The User Certification program provides a controlled exam at three different levels to independently verify the user's product knowledge and proficiency. Users can certify at three different levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Each level increases in difficulty and is considered a prerequisite for the next level.
User Certification gives employers confidence that they employ some of the most qualified estimators, and those who are certified can market themselves as the best in the business.
Our products lead the industry, and so do our users. Demonstrate your Xactimate 25 expertise by joining the many other Xactimate certified users.
Xactimate users can certify at three different levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Each level increases in difficulty and is considered a prerequisite for the next level.
Having the most recent version of Xactimate available during the exam is required. Upon completing the exam, your results will be available immediately for review.
Passing students will receive a Level 1, Level 2, or a Level 3 certificate and have the opportunity to be listed in our User Certification Directory.
If you are working on becoming an Xactware Certified user and could use a quick refresher course before taking the exam, the Certification Preparation Course training is for you. For only $125, you will receive two hours of training from an Xactware Certified Trainer covering the basic estimating concepts found within Xactimate and review the types of questions you will encounter in the certification exam.
XactContents® Certification
Demonstrate your expertise with the XactContents certification exam. This comprehensive exam covers all aspects of XactContents, from using features such as Web Search and Quick Entry to specifics regarding the XactContents database.

Xactimate® Certified Trainer
The Xactware Trainer Certification (XCT) program is for organizations that teach students how to use Xactimate and want to have an edge on their competition.
Xactware Certified Trainers can provide the same level of training one would receive at Xactware's headquarters. Certified Trainers have direct access to the entire Xactware University of online training and the extensive Resource Library of training material as well as other resources. This path is recommended for organizations that generate revenue from Xactimate training courses.
This rigorous and comprehensive certification program is designed for trainers who would like to train others on Xactimate. Those who complete the requirements are granted the elite status of Xactware Certified Trainer.
Once certified, Xactimate Certified Trainers (XCT) will have the privilege of providing authorized Xactimate training while being certified and promoted by Xactware. XCT status ensures that Xactimate users are trained in accordance with Xactware's high standards. Being trained by an XCT is equivalent to being trained at Xactware's campus. This high caliber of training assures employers and those seeking to be trained on Xactimate that they will be properly trained. Students who are trained by an Xactware Certified Trainer are prepared to get the job done right.
The Xactware Certified Trainer Program includes the following steps:

Register for the Certified Trainer program.

Sign and return Xactware's Training Services Agreement.

Pass the Xactimate 25 Level 3 Certification Exam.

Complete the three-day Train-the-Trainer course.

Pass the Xactware Trainer Exam.

Conduct Xactimate Training while being observed by Xactware personnel.
