Continuing Education Credits (CD Course Only)
Students who successfully complete the ILX Construction Training CD course are eligible to receive a variety of credits for their work. Many states and associations require Continuing Education credits as a condition for license renewal. This often applies to adjusters, contractors, home inspectors, and other construction pros. Organizations who provide credit are listed below.
ILX Construction Training CD Course is approved for CE credits in various states.
In order to receive certification or educational credits, you must complete all course exams with an 80% or higher and your completed student data must be submitted here. Many organizations only allow you a short time after you complete the course to apply for credit.

AIBD Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
The American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) will award over 20 AIBD CEUs to members and candidates who fully complete the ILX Construction Training CD Course.
To qualify for AIBD CEUs, members must be in good standing. The number of CEUs awarded is based on the portions of the course completed (see bullets below). In order to receive credit, all exams must be completed with a score of 80% or higher.
AIBD members are required to earn 8 CEUs per fiscal year in order to renew their membership.
Please note that the course may not be repeated during subsequent years to receive CEUs.
AICPCU Continuing Professional Development Points
The American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Insurance Institute of America (AICPCU) will award 15 Professional Development Points toward the Continuing Professional Development Program to members who complete the ILX Construction Training CD Course.
To qualify, members must pass all exams with a score of 80% or higher.
ASHI Membership Credits
The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) will award 15 ASHI Membership Renewal Credits to members and candidates who fully complete the ILX Construction Training CD Course.
In order to qualify for Membership Renewal Credits, members must be in good standing and have completed the entire course, including all exams with a score of 80% or higher.
The course can be repeated each year to meet ASHI's annual Membership Renewal Credits requirement.
ILX Construction Training ™ Certification
ILX Construction Training Certification is awarded to students who complete the ILX Construction Training CD Course with a score of 80% or higher on all exams.
ILX Construction Training Certification confirms the participant has completed the course and has demonstrated a firm knowledge of the comprehensive skills and concepts provided by Xactware.
This certificate is presented free of charge. Certified students may also display a royalty free logo on their correspondence which indicates their achievement.
