Cancellation Policy:
A $25 per person charge is applied to all changes and/or cancellations not initiated by Xactware. Cancellation refunds: A full refund less $25 will be provided if the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the seminar date. A 50% refund less $25 will be provided for cancellations received by Xactware 15-30 days prior to the seminar date, and no refund will be provided if the cancellation is received within 15 days of the seminar date. Full payment minus $25 can be credited to another seminar at any time. All no-shows forfeit any refund or credit. Xactware may cancel any seminar at any time. Some reasons for Xactware to cancel a seminar would include lack of participation (less than four students), weather, trainer availability, etc. All cancellations must be executed by filling out a cancellation form.
