Xactimate® 25 Virtual Classroom Training
Experience the benefits of an Xactimate 25 training seminar without ever leaving your office with this powerful real-time training. Receive individualized instruction and review of your work in real-time.
With Xactimate 25 Virtual Classroom Training, you will spend 3 hours a day for 5 days on in-depth training of Xactimate Administration, Basic and Intermediate Sketch, Estimate Items/Summary, and more.
Xactimate 25 Virtual Classroom Training includes practice estimates, quizzes, and other engaging activities facilitated by a Certified Xactimate Trainer. The course consists of five virtual classroom sessions and three one-hour study sessions.
This course teaches new to intermediate Xactimate users the most efficient ways to deliver professional estimates as they learn how to create an estimate from start to finish, how to utilize Xactware pricing data, how to create professional floor plans in Sketch, and more.

Xactimate® 25 Advanced Virtual Classroom Training
Xactimate 25 Advanced Virtual classroom training, designed for intermediate to advanced users, will build on users’ existing Xactimate knowledge and skill as they learn advanced estimating methods to increase efficiency.
With Xactimate 25 Advanced Virtual Classroom Training, you will spend 2 hours a day for 5 days on in-depth training of Administration & Pricing, Sketch & Graphical Estimation, Estimate Items & Summary, Roofs & Exteriors, and more.
Those who already have a grasp on the basic concepts of Xactimate will learn how to take their estimating to the next level as they learn advanced estimating techniques.
Students will be taught advanced use of variables, calculations, keyboard shortcuts, and a variety of other methods to increase their estimating speed and efficiency. They will complete complex floor plans and roof systems, customize line items, and more. Additionally, each class is customized to meet the unique business needs and objectives of the students enrolled in the class.
This course consists of a 90-minute orientation, followed by four two-hour sessions. Classes alternate between morning and afternoon sessions to accommodate students’ work schedules.

XactAnalysis® Virtual Classroom Training
The XactAnalysis Virtual Classroom Training Course is designed to allow assignment senders such as insurance carriers to track and view all of their claims files from staff, independent adjusters, contractors, and others with just an Internet connection.
XactAnalysis also provides real-time information on individual assignments as well as trending and management reports.
Students in this course will be taught XactAnalysis features and shown how to utilize new features to increase efficiency and accuracy.
XactAnalysis® SP Virtual Classroom Training
XactAnalysis for Service Providers is a secure, online management tool for assignment receivers such as insurance repair contractors, cleaning specialists, and independent adjusters.
Students in this course will be taught features from XactAnalysis for Service Providers and shown how to utilize these features to increase efficiency and accuracy.
XactContents® Virtual Classroom Training
The XactContents Virtual Classroom Training Course is designed for Xactimate users to find replacement costs for nearly any residential content item.
Students in this course will be taught XactContents features and shown how to utilize new features to increase estimating efficiency and accuracy.
Xactimate® Report Editor Virtual Classroom Training
The Xactimate 25 Report Editor Virtual Classroom Training is designed for Xactimate users who are in need of customizing Xactimate pre-built reports to address their company's needs.
Students in this course will be taught how to remove, add, and modify reports.
Xactimate® Sketch Roofing Virtual Classroom Training
The Xactimate Sketch Roofing Virtual Classroom Training is designed for Xactimate users who need to create roofs using Xactimate Sketch.
Students in this course will be taught how to effectively use the basic roofing tools in Sketch to efficiently create a roof that is accurate and professional in nature.
Xactimate® Certification Virtual Classroom Training
This class provides two hours of in-depth training to those who are working towards their certification as Xactware Certified users. It covers Xactware's basic estimating concepts and reviews various types of questions encountered on the exam.
If you are working on becoming an Xactware Certified user and could use a quick refresher course before taking the exam, this training is for you. For only $125, you will receive two hours of training from an Xactware Certified Trainer covering the basic estimating concepts found within Xactimate and review the types of questions you will encounter in the certification exam.
Once certified, you will join the prestigious ranks of other Xactimate users who have demonstrated a high level of proficiency and estimating skill.

XactRemodel® Overview Virtual Classroom Training
Get a jump start on evaluating or using your new XactRemodel system with a free online introductory training course. Learn the tools needed to improve estimating speed and efficiency, including the five steps of estimating, how to create an estimate from start to finish, and more.
The Live Online course is available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The Tuesday and Thursday courses are at 9:00 AM and the Wednesday course is at 3:00 PM (MDT).
The course is about an hour long and takes you through the basics of creating an estimate. This is a great way to improve your estimating knowledge and efficiency.
Prior to attending a course, a one-time install of the WebEx plug-in is required. This is easily done by going to http://xactware.webex.com. On the left-hand side of the screen, under Meeting Center, select Set Up, then "Meeting Manager," and then the "Set Up" button.
After you have set up WebEx on your computer, please return to Xactware.webex.com. Once there, find and click to the meeting you would like to attend by scrolling through the calendar. Then, click the "Join Now" button to join the meeting.
