Please note

Online registration is available only through January 29, 2010 or until the conference is sold out. Once the conference is full, stand-by requests will be accepted to fill seats opened by cancellation. To place your name on the stand-by list, send an email to User Conference.

Your conference seat is not reserved until we receive payment for your registration. Please complete a separate registration for each person attending.

Registration policy

The registration fee includes a reception, two lunches, two continental breakfasts, and refreshments, as well as all conference materials. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant. To include you in the preregistration attendee list, we must receive your registration by January 29, 2010. Preregistration is available until January 29, 2010. After January 29, 2010, you must register for the conference onsite.

Confirmation

Your online registration will be confirmed with an email message at the time you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please send an email to User Conference.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing by sending an email to User Conference. To receive a full refund of your registration fee (less a $75 administration fee), you must notify us no later than December 5, 2009. If you cancel between December 5, 2009 and January 5, 2009, you will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of your registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after January 5, 2010. However, you may substitute an attendee at any time.

Dress

Suggested dress for all conference functions and events is business casual.
