Jim Evans, Senior Vice President and COO of Xactware, Inc. issued the following statement:

"It is with great sadness that I announce that James Loveland, our Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors passed away at his home following a year-long battle with Leukemia."

"The entire Xactware family mourns this tragic loss, and our thoughts and prayers are with James' wife, Lynnette, and his family. Our deepest sympathies and support go out to them."
