Xactware, Inc. Appoints New Chief Executive Officer

Xactware, Inc., a leading provider of estimation and data analysis services for the property insurance industry, has announced a new Chief Executive Officer.

James Loveland, founder, chairman of the board, and former CEO appointed Jim Loveland as the new CEO of the company effective Monday, June 20th. Jim Loveland had been serving as Vice President over Xactware's network services division and assumes the leadership role with more than 15 years of company experience. Loveland brings to the position a strong background in technology, including a Computer Science degree from Brigham Young University.

Additionally, James Loveland has appointed company veteran Eric Loveland as Sr. Vice President over sales, marketing, and creative services. James Loveland will continue his role as Chairman of the Board.

Other members of Xactware's executive team will continue in their current roles including Dennis Wagner as Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Brad Jackman as Executive Vice President, and Jim Evans as Sr. Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.
