Xactware Announces Redesign of the eService Center

 — February 1, 2007 —

Xactware has redesigned its eService Center, making the online support portal easier for customers to navigate.

The completely redesigned interface should result in easier navigation and less time to find the information the user is looking for. The navigation and overall usability of the website have been much improved.

Additionally, upon login users will have instant access to the top 10 most popular downloads, recent tips of the week, and recent user polls, giving them more information when they log in than before. "With so much information right at the user's fingertips, the great content within the eService Center should be better utilized and help improve the overall customer experience," said Kevin Crandall, Xactware's General Manager of Implementation.

The eService Center provides a wide range of 24/7 online support services that include live chat, email support, technical support documents, product white papers, over 200 animated tips of the week, and many others.
