Xactware makes every effort to ensure that the pricing information contained in this update is representative of market costs at the time of publication. As actual market prices can vary and change rapidly, and as many factors can impact the cost of a project (including but not limited to labor, equipment and material costs and the application of and rates used for sales taxes), we strongly recommend that all customers monitor their local market for any such changes and adjust your estimate pricing as is appropriate.

Please report any price changes to Xactware as soon as possible. We will in turn adjust any information we can independently verify for inclusion in future price list publications. Pricing feedback can be submitted from within Xactimate itself, and online at: http://xactnet.com/feedback. Emails can also be sent to Xactware’s Pricing Team directly at pricing@xactware.com.
