Using Net Support, Xactware customers can:

    Online answer books contain hundreds of entries that help users get quick answers without needing to speak to a technician.
  • Get support by email
    Users can email a support technician during working hours and have an answer in minutes.
  • Check their call history
    Users can maintain an accurate record of their support calls.
  • Check on their order status
    Customers can check the status of the orders they've placed with Xactware.
