Xactware Implements New Customer Feedback Solution
Xactware, Inc. re-emphasized its commitment to superior customer service by recently employing the services of Allegiance Technologies, a Utah-based company that specializes in customer retention and loyalty systems. Allegiance's Active Listening System (ALS) is designed to stimulate dialogue and track customer suggestions, concerns and questions.
"We are excited about the implementation of the Allegiance ALS as part of our customer feedback program," says Jim Evans, Vice President of Operations at Xactware. "This is an important milestone in our continual effort to improve customer communications and increase overall customer satisfaction." Xactware implemented the ALS last month as its primary means of handling customer feedback.
On Xactware's website, the ALS is accessible via the "Grade Us" and "We're Listening" links on the home page. Customers that access these links are taken to an Allegiance-hosted website where they are given the opportunity to submit feedback to Xactware, either with or without their name attached. Once the customer submits feedback via the website, it is automatically routed to the corresponding individual or department. Full follow-up and resolution systems ensure that all feedback is accounted for and responded to in a timely manner.
Allegiance Technologies is the leader in Retention & Loyalty Systems. In addition to implementation at Xactware, the ALS is also used by companies such as Zions Bank and Novell to manage their feedback and accountability process.
Allegiance Technologies offers Web-based applications that help businesses achieve greater profitability through the stimulation of actionable customer dialogue. Feedback is collected in real-time at all points of customer interaction within an organization. Allegiance's Active Listening System identifies customer concerns as they arise and provides organizations with an opportunity to initiate a resolution before the customer is gone. The result is a measurable increase in retention and loyalty, which ultimately leads to increased profitability. The ALS is based on proprietary methodology developed through studies and consulting with leading consumer products, technology, and professional service companies in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Allegiance also markets an Employee Active Listening System for improving employee loyalty. Allegiance Technologies is located in Orem, Utah.
