Xactware Breaks Ground for New Headquarters
Xactware, Inc. broke ground today on a building that will become Xactware's new headquarters upon its completion in the fall of 2007.
"We are very excited to begin construction on Xactware's new headquarters." states Jim Loveland, Xactware President and CEO. "Since our inception 20 years ago, Xactware has grown considerably to meet the ever-increasing demand for our products and services. The new building will allow us to serve the needs of our clients both locally and internationally with Xactware's recognized first-rate technology and customer assistance."
The new building will be located on Xactware's existing campus in Orem, Utah next to the current headquarters replacing the need for temporary office space that has been in use for many years. It will be large enough to house Xactware's current employees as well as allow for workforce expansion as the demand for Xactware's products and services continues to grow.
The new headquarters will adhere to the most stringent seismic requirements and will have a state-of-the-art server room to keep up with Xactware's increasing information technology needs. Features of the server room include a raised floor system, FM 227 fire-suppression system, cooling capacity in excess of 200-tons, and emergency generators.
There will also be an employee work-out facility, and a 1,750 square-foot dividable classroom to house Xactware's popular product training sessions.
Xactware's new headquarters will incorporate design with the latest technology, enhancing Xactware employees' ability to provide first-class products and services to its customers.
