Xactware recently announced that Farm Family has signed a three-year contract and will begin using Xactimate for their estimating needs.

Farm Family Casualty Insurance Company, headquartered in Glenmont, New York, provides property/casualty insurance products to 10 Northeastern states. As of April 15, Farm Family has relied on Xactimate, Xactware's flagship estimating program for property restoration and the industry's number one estimating program, for their estimating needs.

With Xactimate, Farm Family can access graphical estimating, line-item entry, summary, grouping and dimensioning, third-party integration, one-click framing, flooring tools, and more.

"Farm Family has an impressive reputation for providing outstanding service within the insurance industry throughout the Northeast," says Jim Loveland, Xactware President and CEO. "Xactware is excited to provide Farm Family with the tools they need to enhance this already excellent reputation."

According to Richard Ronda, Property Claim Manager for Farm Family, "Farm Family is pleased to be working with Xactware. They provided excellent training for our adjusters and made the transition to Xactimate quick and seamless. We are very happy with the results to date."
