Xactware and KLJ Announce the Integration of Xactware Tools with KLJ’s Venue
Carriers and independent adjusters that use both Venue and Xactware tools can now enter claim information into one system and have it seamlessly update in the other—instantly and accurately, and without the need for duplication of effort.
KLJ’s Venue integrates with Xactware’s Xactimate estimating software and the XactAnalysis claims assignment network and analytical tool.
“The collaboration between Xactware and KLJ provides an important benefit for our customers,” said Rick Johnson, Xactware’s Director, Strategic Alliances. “By working together we can now give our customers an integrated set of tools that eliminate redundant entry and help save significant time.”
Jason McGrath, President of KLJ Computer Solutions, the makers of Venue, said, “This is a natural fit for two forefront technologies that, working together, provide a new level of automation and efficiency to the claims adjusting process. The results are higher quality, faster turnaround, reduced cost, and greater stakeholder satisfaction. KLJ is very proud to be working with Xactware on this exciting new collaboration.”
