New Solutions and Announcements at Xactware’s Annual User Conference

Today, at its annual user conference, Xactware unveiled new products, advanced features and services, and a new Xactware Lab.

The new solutions and features were introduced during Loveland’s keynote address at Xactware User Conference 2015  or announced by Xactware teams during break-out sessions. The newly announced solutions include:

  • Xactware Property InSightTM Property InSight provides estimators with highly detailed information about a home or commercial structure even before they visit the site. Property InSight data include a 3D Xactimate sketch of the exterior structure, all dimensions and measurements, the location and size of building features (such as doors, windows, vents, and chimneys), a set of high-quality aerial images, and comprehensive information about structural characteristics, such as roof and wall materials, square footage of decks, and much more.
  • XactContents® Professional — XactContents Professional gives contents estimators the flexibility to estimate personal property losses on a desktop computer with Xactimate® or online with XactContents. Xactware customers with an XactContents Professional license can also scope contents losses on the iPad with XactContents mobile.
  • XactContents mobile — The latest innovative app from Xactware, XactContents mobile enables contents estimators to quickly and efficiently scope personal property losses with their iPad devices. Estimators can enter items with just a few finger taps, attach photos, record voice notes, maintain running estimate totals, and much more. Data captured with XactContents mobile easily syncs with Xactimate and XactContents through the Xactware Cloud.
  • Xactware Remote Sensing Lab—The Xactware Remote Sensing Lab is a collaborative group dedicated to building remote sensing technologies specifically for the property industry. Professionals from all phases of the property industry will be able to collaborate on new technology as it is being developed. The Xactware lab team includes experts in remote sensing, computer vision, geospatial intelligence and analysis, computer science, engineering, and geology.


All Xactware solutions, features, and services announced at the conference are either scheduled for imminent release or are slated for release in 2015.
