Pricing Services

Xactware's Pricing Data Services are closely monitoring the areas affected by these fires and their impact on construction costs. Interim pricing lists will be released as needed to support restoration efforts.

Xactware will notify customers via email if new price lists are needed. If no interim price lists are published, customers should expect that all price changes reflecting any demand surge as a result of the fires will be included in the standard price list publications released each month.

Throughout the rebuilding process, Xactware will survey each affected market to stay abreast of any demand surge and resulting price changes; we will report changes as they occur.

Software support

Our support team is ready to assist you with any Xactware-related issues you encounter. Free live chat support is available 24/7 through the eService Center, or you can call 1-800-710-9228 during business hours for paid phone support. The eService Center is also filled with useful documents, videos, and product tips to help you find answers to your questions.

Training

Xactware offers a variety of training options at convenient locations. Classroom training on Xactimate is offered in Lehi, UT,  Sacramento, CA, and other locations throughout the country. You can further sharpen your  estimating skills by enrolling in virtual classroom training. Self-paced training is also available from our Online Training Center.

XactAnalysis Network

The XactAnalysis Network, Xactware’s secure electronic extranet, is ready, as always, to process the influx of claims and handle all needed communication in real time.

Respond and FireLine

Xactware's Respond, which creates maps that provide objective weather information for catastrophes, is currently tracking the Carr fire. Respond data can help insurers, reinsurers, and others assess more quickly the severity of damage in the affected regions.

Additionally, FireLine®, Verisk’s wildfire risk management tool, is guiding analysis of risk factors seen within the Carr Fire’s perimeter. FireLine categorized more than 99 percent of the fire area as at risk, with more than 90 percent at high or extreme risk. The terrain features considerable amounts of medium to heavy fuel and steep slopes, but access for firefighters is generally good.

Both Verisk products will continue to track the progress of the Carr Fire and other wildfires and provide updates as conditions warrant.

Geomni Property and UAV Inspection

Geomni is closely watching the fires and plans to get in the air once the temporary flight restriction (TFR) has been lifted. Geomni Property data includes 3D structural diagrams with all exterior property dimensions, including the roof and walls with the exact placement of doors and windows. It also includes:

  • Building material identification
  • Decks
  • Outbuildings
  • Awnings
  • Decks and porches
  • Additional information on building features and the surrounding lot


You can order Geomni Property and Geomni Property with UAV Inspection and 
Xactware will notify you when the data package is ready to be downloaded into Xactimate. Data packages will include imagery of wildfire damage as it becomes available at no additional charge.
