Xactware's Pricing Data Services are closely monitoring the areas affected by these fires and their impact on construction costs. Interim pricing lists will be released as needed to support restoration efforts.
Xactware will notify customers via email if new price lists are needed. If no interim price lists are published, customers should expect that all price changes reflecting any demand surge as a result of the fires will be included in the standard price list publications released each month.
Throughout the rebuilding process, Xactware will survey each affected market to stay abreast of any demand surge and resulting price changes; we will report changes as they occur.

The XactAnalysis Network, Xactware’s secure electronic extranet, is ready, as always, to process the influx of claims and handle all needed communication in real time.
Xactware's Respond, which creates maps that provide objective weather information for catastrophes, is currently tracking the Napa fire. Respond data can help insurers, reinsurers, and others assess more quickly the severity of damage in the affected regions.
Geomni Property and UAV Inspection
Geomni Property data includes 3D structural diagrams with all exterior property dimensions, including the roof and walls with the exact placement of doors and windows. It also includes:
