Xactware's Pricing Data Services are closely monitoring the areas affected by these fires and their impact on construction costs. Interim pricing lists will be released as needed to support restoration efforts.
Xactware will notify customers via email if new price lists are needed. If no interim price lists are published, customers should expect that all price changes reflecting any increased demand resulting from the fires will be included in the standard price list publications released each month.
Throughout the rebuilding process, Xactware will survey each affected market to stay abreast of any demand surge and resulting price changes; we will report changes as they occur.

Verisk Weather Solution's Respond is currently tracking the location, size, and direction of the many wildfires affecting policyholders throughout the affected areas. Using the provided shapefiles, insurers, reinsurers, and others can more quickly assess the severity of damage and approximation to policies-in-force for the affected regions.
The XactAnalysis Network, Xactware’s secure electronic extranet, is ready, as always, to process the influx of claims and handle all needed communication in real time.
