XactGen Capture is a ClaimXperience add-on that turns policyholder-captured room photos into measurements, sketches, and Xactimate-ready estimates, each reviewed by an experienced estimator before it reaches your adjuster. It currently supports interior water damage claims.

Send a link, capture in minutes

The adjuster sends a secure link from ClaimXperience, and the policyholder follows a guided capture of each damaged area and the full room, usually in under two minutes per room.

Capture is web-based, with no account login. Policyholders use a smartphone or tablet: nothing to download, and no special hardware such as LiDAR.

Computer vision, human-reviewed

Advanced computer vision, not generative AI, converts the images into room measurements, sketches, and line items written to your carrier guidelines. An experienced estimator reviews every result before your adjuster edits and finalizes.
